Federal law requires us to comply with state tax laws. Ultimate Tech Gifts collects sales tax, where applicable, on all sales from this site. Note your state may apply sales tax to shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Rates and Policies
To better serve our customers our warehouses are strategically located throughout the United States.
Our shipment methods varies. We ship UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight depending on order. At this time we can not accommodate expedited shipping requests.
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse(s) 1 - 3 business days after payment has been received and processed. We ship only to the Continental United States. We are not able to ship to any US territories or APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
Billing and shipping address must be the same address or be an authorized address with your credit card company.

We charge a flat shipping / processing fee.
Orders up to $125.00 ships for $13.95
Orders from $125.01 upto $275.00 ships for $14.95
Orders from $275.0 or more ships for $16.95
Game consoles ship for $16.95
Other items with higher shipping charges (size or weight related) are listed on product page(s).
Refunds
Refunds/replacements will not be processed unless they have a return authorization number (RMA).
- All refunds will be subject to a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Shipping / Handling fees.
You must provide the following information when requesting an RMA to get the return authorization number and instructions:
- Reason for the return: Damaged, defective, or other.
- Replacement or credit.
For returns that are not due to damaged or defect
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
- Merchandise must be unopened in it's original packaging.
- RA must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- All refunds will be subject to a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Shipping / Handling fees will not be refunded.
Opened merchandise that is not defective or damaged will not be accepted.
Damages
DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
- Note any damages on the receipt.
Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to our warehouse for freight claim processing.
For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact us for freight claim; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.
Damage Return Policy:
- DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model.
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your refund will be reduced accordingly.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 20% per unit, will be deducted from your refund.
Items with Guarantees or Warranties
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer and must be processed through the manufacturer.
Items Damgaged During Shipment
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within 14 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
ANY DEVIATION FROM RETURN POLICIES WILL RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO YOU WITH NO CREDIT ISSUED.
